Michigan State University User Experience Master's Program

Problem

A new master’s program needs students to admit into the program.

Solution

Bring awareness about the program to prospective students who would be interested in enrolling.

What I Did

Worked with the program’s team to define an overall aesthetic, select imagery for ad creative, film informational videos about the program, create website and email copy, and create target personas based off of industry data in order to help direct paid social media and PPC campaigns.

Problem

An established program is seeing an enrollment decline and is seeking students.

Solution

Analyze the current marketing funnel and create new personas based off of past enrollment.

What I Did

Outlined adjustments to the PPC advertising the program has been running, including updates to target regions and keywords from Google Search Console, additions to artwork, and changes to copy. Suggested additional adjustments to the program’s pages on college website including auditing the content for SEO and accessibility, reducing the number of pages to streamline the user journey and include an RFI form closer to the top of the page.
